Member 465, 11029 posts SQ 240, BP 175, DL 302.5717.5 kgs @ 104kgs UnEq | As some of you guys know ive had a back injury and was getting better then went and f**ked it yesterday again, deadlifting again! Bit different this time, went to pull the bar at bottom position and something went snap, twang, pop or watever to the left side of the spine of lower back. Hurts like f**k sitting down and leaning forward and also standing up and leaning back. PLEASE HELP!! | ||

Just wondering if anyone has any other tricks to sort the mess out and if anyone has had the same problem. Knowing me i will only only go f**k it up again when its nearly recovered! | ||

I used to be with Bupa before i got made redundant from work and it would have been sorted by now. I have lost all faith in the NHS and the physio who treated my back was another chocolate teapot! | ||

never too old Member 637, 760 posts | I posted this in one of the other threads. If i pull a muscle etc i mega dose on glutamine for a few days. gets me back on track quicker. 20-30g a day. | ||

A decent osteo will diagnose the prob, be able to treat/manage the prob in anumber of visits and also be able to give you exercises/massages to perform yourself which will aleviate the pain/discomfort | ||
