Nice deadlifting mate. Like as been said your PB max must have moved up considerably now you're hitting 130 for 10!

I had 2-3 more grinders left in the tank but I went in to do 10 and did em.

wanky day at BANNATYNES HEALTH CLUB mainly to show my gf some stuff
did some sort of overhead s**t
to what I thought was 50 so did max reps as I needed to, got 12
then thought that was light
used some other bar, bit thicker, did 5, so who the f**k knows what it was.
then some shrugs with some sort of weight.
who the f**k knows, but my triceps are PUMPED so there.

Some goals:

mid-June:
Deadlift 170
Squat 130
Bench 90
Overhead 70 strict
Front squat 110
Push Press 80kg

mid-Sept:
Deadlift 180
Squat 140
Bench 95
Overhead 75
Front squat 115-120
Push Press 85

mid-December:
Deadlift 190
Squat 150
Bench 100
Overhead 80
Front squat 125
Push Press 90

I think these are reasonable, and with good consistent work, achievable.

I was going to add push press but didn't, this is just for gym lifts.
But I will add Push Press, one at a time Joni pal, push jerk will come.

June - 80kg
Sept - 85kg
Dec - 90kg

These are quite achievable goals allover, need to stick to consistent training but I think I can manage them or more.

the strict press will probably be the toughest out of that lot

Haven't you already doubled 170 on the axle deadlift, and were a smidgen away from doing 180 axle?? Makes the 170 deadlift goal by June a little odd.... don't go cruising now Charis. Tongue

Goals look pretty solid mate, although the push press looks weak compared to the strict press. Yet again an 80kg press is going to be a toughie!

Indeed, I put that as goal, I will obviously actually go for a MAX, but that's a goal that I can get and feel good about, if I get more its a bonus eh Grin

Thanks Boarski, I am quite strong with the strict overhead stuff (I say strong... Grin ) I have strict pressed 60x4, and 65x1 on various occasions.

Mishima, crazy bearded french terrorist c**t, I like overhead. The push press I am just going on the current trend, which is needing to get form good. Again, an obtainable goal!!

No cruising involved.
