Well done matey. You'll hit some big numbers in 2016 and I look forward to seeing it. Let me know the next Saturday you're at that gym and I'll probably join you.

Training has been just a case of accumulating volume recently, nothing too exciting. I've got a few AMRAP sets tomorrow at the Pure gym that I've joined here which should be fun. (Cheapest gym that actually allows deadlifts).

I moved down to Portsmouth yesterday too, long drive.

Also got selected to compete in Canada at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships which was a surprise! (Beginning of December)

I have a gofund me page set up for anybody generous enough to help out! even a fiver helps. (I'm doing a masters, and working 3 jobs to fund it so any support to flights etc for Canada is greatly appreciated.)

So what's a typical day/week for you if you have three jobs.

Well done on being picked for the Commonwealth's.

Very much the opposite! Having been a student the last 4 years, money really is a luxury item. :P I've got my food bills down to

Today.. Coming down with something.

An hour walk to the gym then:

Squat
60 x 5
100 x 5
120 x 4
140 x 3
165 x 10 - PB, by this point wanting to just sleep!
180 x 3 - PB, meh, more there when I'm feeling better.
155 x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3

Bench - Really good set up for this, If I put a bench in the rack, the safety bars are about an inch and a half below my chest which is ideal, also not too bad to unrack from.
20 x 5
50 x 5
60 x 4
70 x 3
85 x 10 - PB
92.5 x 3 - PB
80 x 3, 3, 3

Various rows/rehab stuff.

Then an hour walk back home..
