Been to see the physio about my back and spoke about my s**te elbow.

Reckons it could be tendonitis caused by pressing and the only fix is rest and ice.
All very depressing stuff as it will most likely flare up again when i get pressing again. Just want it f**king sorting and get on with it!

Sods law when im getting my new sexy david horne log on monday!

robbo,does your elbow stick out abit further then the other,i have 1 ,my left that does,i been 2 c special doc,i asked him if he cud sand the f**ker down lol,but carnt touch it apparentle,it gives me grief now and again.

dont think it sticks out anymore marc but just f**king kills and cant push watsoever.do you find it stops you pressing completely?!

Just want to press and get some f**king blood back in my shoulders!!!

Axle clean x1 and press from shoulder

90kg x 3
100kg x 2
110kg x 1
120kg x failed clean
115kg x 1 clean x f press WTF

Farmers Walk

100kg x 40m
110kg x 40m
122kg x 40m

Double Overhand Axle Deadlift

50kg x 5
90kg x 5
130kg x 3
150kg x 1

Incline Car Pull 20m (vauxhall vectra with 115kg mate in it)

20m x No handbrake
20m x 3 clicks on handbrake (after i got it moving!)

Happy with session, elbow stayed ok and back held out but sore now. Plenty of anti-inflamatorys helped

Picked up new David Horne 10'' diameter log today. absolute beauty. Would reccomend one to anyone.

Had a lark around on it today, thought it felt heavy then weighed it and was only 65kg! Confused

Bought axle/wheel converters and the scaffold pole is rock solid.

Let the new and improved strongman training commence. Only stones to get now and yoke eventually

Just all costs a lot. Think i may just get a credit card and buy the f**king lot!

Front Squats

Bar x 10
62.5kg x 5
102.5kg x 3
122.5kg x 1
142.5kg x 1
162.5kg x 1 PB (almost lost it but got nice and deep)
122.5kg x 8

Back Squats

122.5kg x 3
142.5kg x 3
182.5kg x 1 (Legs knackered after front squats so left it there)

Hamstring and calf to finish

Found out the olympic bar weighed 22.5kg so well chuffed! Grin

Cheers joni. something i want to bring up a bit and helping my core a lot.

Think my legs have more in them but its hard holding on to the bar and biceps feel shot!
