I will remember this too, but right now I am more interested how you got a "2" that small. Had I known that I would have had to have typed "n squared".

I may try them, but start off rather conservatively. I could use them as a form of active recovery maybe.

Do it.

You will love it, or at least the benefits of it

I don't. To be honest if you squat and deadlift I don't think you need to. If I had the honed musculature of a low bodyfat man I may be tempted. But as a fat man, I am not.

On my phone you can get it by pressing and holding the 2 until a box of various symbols pops up. I believe on Windows you can get it by holding alt and typing 0178.

Cheers Rick, I doubt if I will remember that. That isn't something I reckon I would have ever just stumbled across.

Off to do some reffing today, same place as yesterday, Joe took me there yesterday and it is nearly all motorway, I will drive about four miles to the M60, then M62, M6, M56 and M53, then about four or so miles along "A" roads to the place itself. The route appears to be mainly flat and already it is quite warm. On the mpg front I am regarding this as a challenge. Plus early on a Sunday morning it should be quite a pleasant drive.

Details will follow

B15ape1 was present at the comp yesterday doing a spot of loading, and there is no-one who inspires confidence on the platform quite like he does. He also has the knack of whispering encouragement to the lifters as they walk on, as a lifter myself I know what a difference that can make. He really is a very fine fellow.

Solid maths, Rick - I do enjoy maths. I just took the median number of sets (9) and then multiplied this by the number of sets (17).

We may disagree on the idea of egg and cheese on bread but our conversations of certain said sex toys has had me in bulk all weekend and the Mrs wetter than the Nile GrinGrinGrin
