Also the weeks training before the ESM that never was, and the only session I have done since. Video includes 180 bench PB and the 290 deadlift that never was!

Cheers Nick, I can tell I am coming to the end of this block though as I am not that interested or "pumped up" for training as I was a few weeks ago. Just want to have some time off the strength stuff and do some oly lifting and BB'ing.

The gym is great, and the reason it looks quiet at the moment is because its a student gym and they are all on their time off. Even when they are in term time by the time I get in after work its not that busy, especially not in the platform area. It gets rammed about 4-6 and its usually the dumbell area which gets it. The platform area I use is roped off and is only for use for oly lifting. powerlifting and "serious strength training". Which is nice really!

Strength is certainly at an all time high which is good.Looking forward to ESM and then having a good block of oly lifting.

Your strength looks to be coming back nicely mate, the time off has done you well

I know it wasn't the same sesh but that's still incredible. Good luck for ESM, don't get too carried away with Oly lifting tho Wink.

Where bouts you living at the moment? Events sesh sometime sounds like it could be a laugh!

Cheers mate, long time coming I feel. Ha, I really enjoy oly lifting though, it will be a good break from constantly smashing heavy volume.

I'm still in the villages outside Loughborough mate. Events in Leicester would be smashing. I train most weekends at either Universal or Warehouse.

That 113kg Strict Log was insane, as was the benching.

Cheers Dodge, diet is OK, seems to work for me, might put some tweaks in for when I'm doing more oly lifting. Think I will follow my u80kg diet but with a few more carbs in so I sit around 84kg (currently about 87/88).

Ha ha, I'm pretty sure I had the 290 up Grin

Thanks mate, static pressing has been going well, just wish my push press on log was following the same trajectory.

Ahh well done mate, too chieftain. Come on mate, you know air con don't exist in that gym, and in these times of extreme heat is little hobbits's get sweaty. Needs must. Surely the lifting made up for the knob head ness?

Slowly slowly catchy monkey, some weird strength coach from Quinn told me that, not sure he ever made anything of himself though.

Got ESM u90 on 15th August then just wait to hear about the Arnold again I think. Fancy another crack at that if I'm totally honest. Then who knows, the strength world is my oyster.

If you miss it so much, come back and train, you would be most impressed. Hope your well sir and enjoying a well earnt rest. Get some lifts back up though, your lack of activity is worrying me.

Cheers for taking the time to write the diet out for me. It shows me I under eat by a lot by the looks of that. Need to actually take my diet seriously as I never have really.
