Hi guys,

I have some questions regarding what should I do with my peaking in this case.
Im doing the 12-week coan's peaking cycle, but if i follow through i would be hitting my maxes like 40 days before the meet (my goal was to hit them 15 days before and then start tapering and deloading to be at my best at the meet)

What should I do, go back to the weeks of 5s of the program and start going back down again?
Im sort of confused, this is the first time im having this problem.

Just a thought, and take it with a pinch of salt ffs as I'd be stumped if faced with the same dilemma... !!

I'd be tempted to repeat the last 3 weeks to tie in with your comp day. Only I'd probs take 10% of the weight off and try and speed up the reps slightly, just to avoid any fatigue.
