Are you trying to get into the sport of strongman but don't know where to start? Or are you at a sticking point in your strongman progression? Or do you just want to meet and chat with Graham Hicks the British log press champion and Worlds Strongest Man competitor? This is your chance to get answers to all them un answered questions and learn why Graham has been so successful in such a short period of time. Here is how the day will run. . . The Graham Hicks Seminar . . - Background & introduction - Diet / nutrition - Training routines - Competition prep - dealing with injuries Lunch - Pie & Peas - Log press technique - Sample routines to build up to a max log - Interactive log press session with Hixxy - Questions & Answers - Photos - Shirt signing Move into next room for the evening The PUSH:PULL Challenge 2015 for an evening of drinks and entertainment. This is a ticket only seminar which includes afternoon pie and peas. £15 per ticket / per person. The seminar starts at 3pm and runs through to 5pm. There will be a 1 hour break before the evening show starts, the PUSH:PULL Challenge 2015. You will be able to speak to Graham about all aspects of strongman, nutrition, supplementation, enhancements etc. Graham is even happy to give demo lifts on that world famous log press technique. The seminar will take place at Fence Gate, Wheatley Lane Rd, Fence, Burnley, BB12 9EE in a private lounge called Bar 1782 with a private bar and waiting on service. The seminar will be held on Saturday 3rd October 2015. Tickets are on sale from Saturday 25th April 2015.
