For pressing after next workout will start focusing on dumbbell push press and weighted dips. Just trying to overload the triceps for the most part.

Have you ever had a real life farmer in your carpet shop Paul? I used to farmers for a long time. Grew out of them I think. Pretty sure they've gone now.

We have not had farmers walk implements in store but we have had farmers.

Today will be the last day of fasted walking, my foot having none of it so is what it is.

Handstand push ups
- 2 sets 12 reps

Dips
- x 38, 25

Close grip push ups
- 2 sets 20 reps

Side laterals
- x 23, 18

Felt like doing high reps, pump was mental from this. I didnt decrease the pillow size on handstand push ups but i did take my hands in narrower so rom was increased a bit.

You're having more trouble with your foot than Christy Brown did. That's been dragging on a bit now. Do you anticipate healing gainz or do you think it's just something that you'll have to live with?

You're going to have to deal with more carpet than Ron Jeremy. Hope it's not too long for you.

Are you this grumpy because of a medical condition?

Thanks, quads and glutes really sore from them. Plan is to do rep sets each leg at a time up on a box so flexibility isnt as much of an issue / do them weighted in time.

Bodyweight = 133.0kg

(no belt)
Yates row
- to 162kg x 15 PB

Shrugs
- 162kg x 15

Back extension
- 142kg x 12 PB

Behind the neck axle pull ups
- x 8

Curls superset hammer curls
- 18kg dumbbells x 10/10

Plate pinch hold
- Two 15kg x 20 / 18 seconds

Busy day in work and just didnt get enough food in but i didnt want to eat a massive meal before training as would feel like throwing up so i ate a normal size meal and just didnt have enough food in me. The strength was there, i actually felt like i could do 20 reps on the yates row without a belt but 8 reps in i started to die. Same thing on everything and died worse as workout went on. The back extensions (hyper deads) going in i thought my pb was 160 x 10 so i second thought it and decided 140 was enough for today an to just do 20. Was stupid easy first few reps but like 4-5 reps in started dying hard so was just no way. Also even 12 reps the pump in lower back was damn near cripling, i had lie down for 5 mins. Will make sure i have food with me every session from now on - not happy with this workout.

Have you got a video of you doing them...?

I'd like to see you doing them... Just out of curiosity are they full single legged squats or partial?
