Member 5705, 3 posts SQ 200, BP 125, DL 230555.0 kgs @ 91.5kgs UnEq | Hi all I'm new to strongman and lifting heavy in general but was advised today to protect my joints by use of knee and elbow wraps. So my question is how do I determine sizes? Strength shop advertise a pack of wrist, knee and elbow but I don't want to commit until I'm sure what size I need. I'm competing in the under 90kg category northern qualifier in 8 weeks so need to sort my kit as soon as really. Any help is appreciated, is it simply just measuring my arm and knee width? Thanks Callum

Are horror films healthy...? Member 5449, 2203 posts | The team at strength shop will be able to advise you on sizing to make sure the product you buy is the correct size. Also I imagine they would also happily change your product if it is the wrong size. This has happened to me. Strengthshop a customer service is second to non.

Follow the sizing advice given on their website, if the product isnt a suitable size when it arrives phone them and they'll exchange within a couple of days.
