I got a PB today of 10 reps on the green iron mind finger extensor bands. theres no category of that in the PB chart though

Well done Jack. I'd quite like to train my extensors. I could maybe become a couch potato who can open their hands with above average force.

Never underestimate those little bands. Great bordom. Good for shaping people in the back of their neck. The putty is cool too. Ivanko gripper also ace.

a few random PB's in the past few weeks. Injured in 2013 and spent most of last year re-habbing my knee; not PB'ed in the big three in a while so decided to push random lifts;

220x6 reps deficit SLDL - never went above 200 for reps until a few weeks ago. Standing on a 20kg bumper plate(around 3")

130 front squat - messed around with trying to front squat properly(weightlifting grip) the past year and decided to stick the weight up last week. Previously 120 for multiple reps and sets. 150 is there as long as i don't lean forward and break my wrists. Enjoying these atm.
