As above ..

It feels like I'm about 3 days away from full recovery but I've felt like this for some 5-6 weeks ???

I'm seeing a great chiropractor guy who's team have done work on Giants live with Thor and Lalas so knows his s**t ..
And I'm happy with the work he's doing but this f**ker just won't go !!

I did it on bench press .. The previous week I hit 140kg x 16 reps as I was working the high reps as I had no comps .. The very next week
I did I on the first rep of 120kg . Just heard a pop - no pain at all . Until the next day "OUCH bas***dO"

Anyway - as above

I've had pain in mine for about 9 month now constant popping and clicking. Hasn't stopped me training all together just can't do everything. Got a scan in 2 weeks so hopefully will know the problem after that

Yes ... I can do pretty much everything . But can't bench press 60kg .. I've not been oh pressing but could hit 90 of my best if I had a comp .. I'd pay for it the week after .

Yes mate keep us in the loop

I'd been to the doctors a few times trying to get referee for an mri scan but in the end has sent me for ultra sound and he said if that can't find the problem then he will refer me for an mri. Might be worth blagging your doctor saying it's effecting your work and sleep could get in for one alot quicker than I did

i dislocated my ac joint in 2003 playing rugby. never been right since and damaged my rotator cuff muscles pretty badly.

my rehab with physio consisted of attempting to walk my hand up a wall and gentle arm swings because my supraspinatus was ruined. Eventually i moved onto external rotation work, face pulls etc.

never been right since but this was all before lifitng and i've gone on to bench 200+ in the meantime. I remember the first guy i went to see said i'd never be lifting anything and weight training was actually detrimental to my progress. GP's should stick to selling drugs.

saying that overhead and incline work is difficult some days and both my shoulders move differently.

also the reason why everyone says i bench really narrow as anything wide hurts my shoulders.

My close grip is the whole palm on the smooth and my normal grip is index finger about half a thumb length from the smooth.

Gives me confidence that after having similar issues with smashed shoulders you are able to bench nearly 200kg 'close grip'

I have to bench the same to avoid any pains

this is highly dishonest

if you feel you need a scan so badly but a trained professional does not, the answer is to pay for one.. not to try and scam one

Yeah, agree that it's not the best way.

If you're told it doesn't require an MRI then accept it...!

yes mate, i actually have more issues with my other shoulder being too tight these days. my injured one only bothers me on incline and should press. but again, keeping my elbows in helps.
