When I have enough cash, I get a deep tissue. Member 465, 11029 posts SQ 240, BP 175, DL 302.5717.5 kgs @ 104kgs UnEq | greetings everyone. Im considering spending £120 on an axle bar but heard you can make one from scaffold. Is this alright/strong enough? dont want my experiments resulting in decapitaiton/snapped neck etc! Any info would be great to help develop my mini-strongman area the missus has so kindly donated to me. LOL cheers

Thats good to know mate as im hoping to pile on the weights eventually. Do you just put some collars on the bar to stop the weights sliding into the centre of the bar or does it need some sort of welding?
