Deadlifted with 80 year old George and followed what he did I repeated. Today I survive. Deadlifts 135 x 10 135 x 10 185 x 5 205 x 5 225 x 5 245 x 5 275 x 5 Sit ups steep steep incline. I thought my back was going to pop a disk. Haven't done dat ship in a while 5 sets of 10 Superset with what George calls shruggies 135 x 10 185 x 10 225 x 10 275 x 10 135 x 10 Bent over rows 5 sets 135 x 10 reps Tonight perhaps a short session 2nd workout of squats 135 x 10 225 x 8 275 x 6 315 X 6 All weights were super light and I felt like a c××t, but I need walk before I run. I am 52 years old and must tighten up the rusted bolts before I punch the pedal to metal I am now debating whether I want to compete next month. My problem is I am too anxious. I got tired of having my property and vehicles stolen, so I moved out about 15 miles out about 3 miles from the airport. I now live where there are few people and quiet with a car now and then drive by. Best move ever. I stay with my family work go home lift repeat. The most fun I have with people is training an 80 r old powerlifter and learning from good people like you. I read that you grapple. I missed it dearly but I am like you no mas. What about you? You are Russian? | ||
