However, I dealift left handed with my left over and right under...same a Mr HollandHappy

That's interesting! I'm not ambidextrous but nothing seems to fit. Got to get Thor handles for holds. Always a new one when it comes down for our sport. I think I'll have cold yoke for dinner, or legs. Now I got to get the mindset to be where numbers take meaning.

Had to work second job. Needed a change. Yoke squats tommarrow. Today after I got home I did everything you can do with a kettlebell. I have a 25 , 45 , 60 , 80 , and 100. Rows one arm floor pressing. Triceps lying on floor grab ball part. Slow no pressure including stretching glitches areas trying to create movements to make my range strengthen in various degrees of movement. One arm rows rotating one knee on chair. Spent a good hour plus. Tommarrow is reality. Temerity re supposed to be 23°. Got a nutcase comming over so I know there is no turning back the inevitable eye opening workout.

Too cold to yoke 14° snow filled streets. Squats belt less 70% @ 7 sets higher reps 4 sets 60%, leg press, leg curls 5 sets 10 reps lightweight

snow is good for the lungs.

I likes the sound of those yolk squats you mentioned. I could do these without arms...Roll-Eyes Grin

Waited to get the temp to 45°.
Used axle instead of Olympic bar.
3 sets warm up
Up to 70% ×3 reps X 10 sets small break
Today I must review but I tried the slungshot bench thingy. 3" Axle bench just to play with it and it was suprizes different. I lost it 2x and now I found it
Leg extensions. 3 X 8
As funny as it seems I feel that deadlifts @70 % are due. No yoke in 2" of snow in th dark with Riki the racoon that my youngest feeds and loves.

2.5 inch axle on 2" rubber so being a higher pick. Zero degrees wind chill today. Going with fat pete format. Going partial a bit to stay smart at this point. Small heater has been in garage for 3 hours. I will lift about 10 pm lastest. I may play with the slingshot bench thingy

Very pleased with my deadlift session. Fat Pete s deadlift workout advice.with the littlest of tweak made my back feel better from that adjustment. Just a little bump in the road. I continue my quest to stick to polar thinking what is considered secular to most becomes more spiritual in my eyes I walk in my garage. Had heater on full blast.3 hours later it was sill extremely cold. Walked down to garage shut off lame heater left. Forgot my phone. Returned to garage to retrieve it. A voice said 2nd place In my head I replied I will try. One thing led to another. First 4 sets i whined like a baby to myself I worked out. :^)

Up since early this morning at a wrestling match out in hickville. Missing teeth and chewing tobacco.
Now again giving my time to others leaves me in that spot of going in a garage/weightroom of 40°at most since the heater has been running for the last 3 hours. Once I get a couple of log sets in there I will begin to get happy. It's like jumping in a cold pool. If. You want something you will do it. Fooling yourself is not possible.
log 8" 8 sets + 3 warm ups
3" bar only 8 sets 70% stop before craziness sets in for each set.
Kettlebell front swings
Lateral raises.
Tommarrow is exexercises that strongman hate.
