Has anyone had any experience using knee sleeves whilst weak with no knee pain purely as a preventative measure? Or would anyone recommend it?

I wear sleeves all the time, it's not about needing them for the weight it's just
to keep the joint warm throughout the session for me

I had an ACL repair on left knee 3 years ago, I like the bumble bee knee sleeves as they offer a bit of patella support and reduce knee pain from full squats noticeably.

Use them just in case. Keep the joints warm. Prevent injury. Or wear just in case. Only get one pair of knees.

I wear them for all squatting exercises, purely to keep the joint warm.
