Good weight for a person that weight 250 pounds. Not so good. Goes up smoothly though. It's cold here danny. It sucks bent bar turds

more in the tank but fear this car may Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. I've been reading too much and need to back down a while so not to be out of commission. I am a crumbling column. My hearts there my strength is somewhat there my fear of 6 months of falling backwards is too much too many. I will stretch and hydrate. Max is 370.

It's a train that runs by your place once a year. If you decide to jump on, you are guaranteed a year of gainz. It's a bit like the Polar Express train but instead of meeting Santa you meet Gainz.

I used to get those back cramps whilst benching. Wasn't good at all. If only you could import one of them tiny Asian women in a box to walk on your back. If I was rich, I would get one of those!

Went too fast too heavy progression plate jumps than I should too fast too cold show boating in a pretty boys gym. I stopped before the column crumbled. Only a couple of small chunks this time. I saw Dannyboys deadlifting stats. I look at the game plans of many on here and finally doing my homework. The videoes i watch help me see who really really wants it. An old friend who is much older said you can read the desire on the athletes face to know if he really wants it. stuck in one gear.
thanks to all that help me. Today I continue my path to the vision.

Was off yesterday. Stretched all day off and on
Racked 5 Mr slick hybrid stones just to see how that middle back felt. I felt the weakness in the middle of the lift. Snap crackle pop dizzy but I was happy I did that. Seemed to set everything in place.
Bench 3" bar only 5 x 10
3" bar weighted attached to bands 30 pounds on each side 4 x closer grip 8 reps
Ball and chain tricep press 3 X 10
Ez curl 110 x 10 x 3 sets
Back tender no more rest till next time.

Forgive my insolence, yet why do you not record the exact units of weight you lift?

Does making lists of exercises performed but not monitoring the poundage's for improvement make your journal slightly redundant?

My mind is a steel trap good when it comes to workouts. At my age I worry more about consistency, intensity and knowing how to solve the technical issues such as form/ technique. Nice to meet you! I'm left handed.
