Extremely weak today hit the wall. On a good note I managed my way through it by lightening up and surviving. Great pump. Tommarrow nothing day but stretch. I am pleased. Reading these journals has made me redesign the old engine. It running great now that I know the signs better. Very old for lifting but still returning to yesterday. It's a great feeling knowing I'm making progress through the pain.

I'm afraid to. I'm kinda like thinking out loud thinking allowed. Sometimes I do weird things like take my farmers walks with about 150 pounds and go for a walk in the neighborhood and try to make it back. People laugh when I tell them I sometimes bench with a 3" 200 pound bar with bicycle inner tube from bmx bicycles with stack plates on end so they bounce when I bench to make it unstable. You get me bromate?

Hussefel stone probably spelled it wrong but I did it until my mind erased all but the stone a me. Duck walk with revolving handle. When the handle starts squeezing loudly you know your grip is failing.

Had a dream about a bottle service female. She was talking to me casually whilest... I am pumped to train today. My lower body is hurting. I may just go light no standing. When I do yoke farmers squats deadlifting etc... I dream and walk around in a daze. My wifey gets any when I do that but I am in shock sort of

Drained me. Middle back cramping. Oh well Tommarrow 80% very thick bar. I'll strap with extra long straps. Next back deadlift day will be 8 days from today raw deadlifts no straps. Nothing over 550. IInjury glute is healing. May not go above 315 for reps. Seems like every time I hit the pedal to the metal I rip my arse. This old horse needs reps now now power.

Changed up to 2" Axle deadlift. Went around the 250 or 550 mark.
