I train in the snow. Tommarrow I go to York pa with my 80 year old friend and talk wisdom on the 3 hour drive. I may go to the gym and train what the big guy tells the secret answer in my skull. This be my theory. Anyone with eyes off your lane. Refocus bro. Oh what about my workout. No answer yet. Trust me no backing down. I will report later on excercises.

I studied every dead lifters technique at the meet. Deadlifts today. You see the bee has no history. One day is the same as another. Sometimes one bird out of the flock takes a different direction. Who is to say which way is the right direction? I must refund my deadlift for it has lost course. Now I regain my ground.

Freezing cold here. Incline bench went heavy. Body was a snapin. Went to sauna 1st because they close early. 1/2 hour shower.decline bench
Tricep push downs alternate dumbell curls.

I'm going to squat 4 sets of a touch above moderate weight to box squat only before my workout begins. 4 on one off. This should fee up light yoke for speed @55% to 70% max capacity. I'm going to spin the wheels to heat this engine up for winter reconstruction.going super good. I'm not faking it either. Start stage 2 of my invention.

I'm going to take a Olympic shot put and maybe weld cut offs of bar stock or bars at end for biceps triceps. I'll take a pic when I am done. How are you today brother john?
I invent things for lifting. Many times things that you can use in the living room in winter. I buy what they call cut offs that I occasionally buy from steel mills. Pieces that are cheap and are going to be remelted. I have a welder. They are cheaper nowadays. Things that can be used as a filler. Next 2 Thor hammers filled with metal shot for forearms. When I pass. My metal will be valued at enough to bury me.

Tired all day. Whining to myself. Just finished deadlifts. I own the day now! Went heavy. No asterisk pain. Stayed heavy. Rip down set petered out before. Sat down in the hole got 2 more. Wanted to punch something. Frayed my wires for a second but now I'm happy. Come on billy. Just breathe now and pretend it didn't happen...

Danny what's up? I was just walking and repping around my driveway for the last hour. All kinds of kettlrbells. Heavy light. That and leg raoses. I'm going to put the spectacles on and get a good look. Our workouts are like cool. Thanks for being my friend. We are both happy with little rug rats now.
