I came to accept it a long time ago Jonboy!

Sat 9th November

Session was ruined from the start due to a majorly stiff back. Just did what I could.

Couldn't deadlift.

Log
70kg x 3, 3
80kg x 3
87.5kg x 3
95kg x 3 - poor

Log jerk
70kg x 3
75kg x 3
80kg x 3 - felt good. Promising...

Yoke
160kg x 20m
220kg x 20m + 20m
250kg x 20m

Arm over arm
Sled + 200kg x 20m, 20m

The back was in pieces after the second run of arm over arm, so the session pretty much ended there.

Stones were not possible, and I tried to bench, but it was too painful. Should be OK in a day or two, though.

Cheers, Ben - everything has still got a VERY long way to go though...

I will stick with the jerks, JC. Cheers for pushing me down is route. I hope it can prove to be a success. My best is 120 for one rep, so I'll make 3 the goal.

Back has been in pieces all week. Folded over at the waist and unable to stand upright. Tried to train Tuesday - couldn't front squat, back squatted up to 180x5 in wraps (low bar), couldn't 18" deadlift (or at least failed 275kg) and couldn't log.
