A TV series starring Ronnie Barker and Richard Beckinsale from the seventies.

Defo go for it. I'm convinced it helped fix my gammy spine! The only problem was that after a couple of months, the heartburn got a bit OTT and I had to occasionally smash some antacid tabs.

Made this video for Jack a while back. Here's a Scottish recipe.

It used to be breakfast buns and then pie and chips from the canteen but these days it's usually fast until lunchtime then something like -

Seasoned grilled turkey breast with cous cous and mixed veg

Lean mince chilli with veg

Venison sausage with yep you guessed it ...veg!

Occasionally I go wild and have a protein shake with rice cakes and peanut butter.

We're lucky at work in that our catering staff are pretty good (well they tend to manage 3 good days in every 5).

I normally have a main meal of pasta. rice, or potatoes with some form of protein (unsurprisingly this is where they scrimp big time) I tend to have that with a side salad and a dessert (typical school dinner fair - although they do a mean apple crumble, sticky toffee pudding and syrup sponge).

I'm lucky in that as I don't technically get a lunch break they pay for my lunch too.

I get the aldi family mince pack and fry with onion and pepper. Add refried beans and tomato carton and a cheap chili or harissa mix. Does me 3 lunches.
Roast chicken oysters with peri sauce and salad. The aldi 12 pack is good for 3 lunches.
I do a casarole roasted with canned white beans, herbs de province, sausages, onion and veg stock cube and water to cover some weeks instead of the mince. 2 lunches.
Fruit.

How much do you weigh and what will be your final weight?
What are you like strength wise?

I started at about 92k, I'm currently about 86k and I expect to weigh about 82k in my final pics.

Currently my strength is s**te but then it was when I started the cut. I've actually increased lifts from where I was at 92k. I'm back deadlifting semi regularly and narrowly failed 260k last week.

My head and hands are definitely starting to look too big for my emaciated body cheers Oly!Grin

If your hitting 250+ at 86 you need to start back strongman training.

320@90 all day long.

Usually 3 homemade beef chilli wraps (c 100g cho) with unflavoured cottage cheese, washed down with a myprotein whey and casein shake.

It keeps the protein sloshing around for a good few hours, and keeps my tummy stuffed. Delicious too.
