Alright guys, after having 9 months out with little to no training, i am anout 2 months back into training. Hoping to compete in the welsh open in december.

Had a dodgy knee for a week now, so having to be careful with what i do, able to do most things, bit just abit painful now and again.

Pbs as of starting again
Body weight 94
Snatch 100x2
C/j 135
Clean 140
Back squat 160x2
Front squat 145x3
Deadlift 220

Goal is to qualify for british and get a 300 total at it.

knee a little too sore to carry on squats.
snatch is feeling bang on, looking for 110 in the next few weeks

What sort of numbers do you need to be hitting to qualify for national events? And I assume you will lift at 105 still?

For this british its 273. So probably be roughly 118-155 for me
Nah will be at 94, around that now, planning on sitting around 97 out of comp

18k on your snatch and 15k on your clean and jerk. Ambitious but do-able, good luck with it. Where do you train nowadays, are you still at OXP?

Nah im in bristol now, so at bristol weightlifting club, get back to oxp every month or so to see everyone

Hopefully wont take you long to get back up there then, good stuff.

Do you get any coaching in Bristol or does Maz pull you apart when you visit?

Have you ditched the strongman stuff now? Happy

Not done strongman for 2 years now.

Umm not really, before at empire sonny helped me here and there, a little bit from a couple people at the new club, but nothing consistent.

Me and maz just talk about girls, and lift inbetween.

Yeh its all feeling good, i want to hit close to the british total at the welsh
