Robbo, it is an HONOUR to see you in my log. You are a legend and I will always have lots of time for you. Are you not making a comeback?

I've just been dieting for the last 4 months or so.

It is not good fun seeing months of work disappear in the space of a few days. Angry It was good fun at the time though. Grin

I wasn't going to train as I was pretty tired from a full day of travelling, but was eager to kickstart my new plan.

It seemed to take ages setting up and warming up - the session took 90 mins. I wanted to power clean too, but will probably have to leave them out.

Thanks for the kind words mate, I'm not making a comeback yet as I'm trying to persue my boxing and have some amateur fights next year. I might make a come back later down the line but I will probably be over the hill by then.

I know what you mean about seeing all the hard work dissapear, I'm down to 93kg and still falling. I thought you may have a dabble at u90 once you got down to that weight?

JC - too soon for me, I think. I really wouldn't want to travel all that way to come last, log 115 and pull 270. If I had a bit more time to prepare I would do it.

Robbo - good to hear that you are taking the boxing seriously. Would love to come and watch you fight - let me know when and where you are fighting and I'll see if I can make it down.

I felt OK strength-wise at around 94kg, so under 90s is a possibility. I'll get down to that weight again and see what happens. If there is a distinct lack of gainz, I'll just get back up to 105kg.

Cheers mate. I don't know if I will be back to 105 by next year. I want to see of I can get to my best numbers weighing around 94kg, which I dint think I was too far off a few weeks ago. If not then, yeah - I'll put the weight back on.
