still a devious weightlifting bastard Member 43, 14374 posts | Gordy said:I feel like I'd be wasting my GPs time with this and thought I'd check on here before shelling out £45 to see a physio. Better your GP's time than your money. Some of them are quite good with illnesses, disorders and injuries too.

Do you find your knee wants to click, then you put your hand on your kneecap, flex, extend a few times and it clicks? The knee that hasn't had an MRI on it has started doing that, and the torn/worn out confirmed with MRI one has done that for ages. See a go and get him to refer you to a free physio.

If it hasn’t moved in a while then it will click itself the next time it moves without any encouragement. Otherwise it’s exactly as you’ve described it. I’d completely forgotten that you can get referrals through your GP for a pyhsio, thanks for reminding me! Always hurts, but now that's normal. I found cissus to give some relief. Don't take my Flaxseed oil religiously any more.

I personally prefer the stiffest possible. Member 158, 3110 posts SQ 170, BP 107.5, DL 222.5500.0 kgs @ 67.4kgs UnEq | I had fluid on my knee, from kneeling down. I had it drained and cortisone injected in and within a few days it was much better. within 2 weeks it had gone right down.

Sugdens crazy old person. Member 4936, 7288 posts SQ 270, BP 155, DL 270695.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | Every 6 months my knee swells. I seen people with bubble lumps but this in not my case. My knee get larger and tight. It becomes slightly larger than the other knee cortisone then back to good for 6 months.
