The time has come to start thinking about this. We are asking people to turn up at 10-30 for an 11 AM start.

We will be covering training on all three lifts. If you are going to do all 3 make sure to have a few days rest before the session.

We are also planning to cover band training, for those of you not familiar with it.

There will be a small charge to cover entry to Rhino's and a little extra that we are putting towards having a platform built.

We would like you to let us know, by posting here, if you intend to come. Also let me know any ideas you have about any other areas you would like to address.

i'll be the opposite, will go light. If someone sees me trying to go heavy, please kick me in the shins.

I am most interested in getting form tips to my deadlifting and how to improve it.

i take it be ok to turn up and not lift (injured so carnt) and just get some info and tips, as i am a newbie haha

It is up to you how much you do on the day. What is th enature of the injury? Could you not just bench?
