Paul,

6 months yesterday the journal was created. Can I ask....

1) How closer to your goals are you (10x300kg etc)
2) How many times you have changed your goals in this period
3) Have you had any self realization that half rep band reverse pull up deadlifts and other crazy variants of exercises don't have the same effect of....the ACTUAL EXERCISE?

Surely, you are half a year older and not any better (although I'm sure you'll argue your wide grip seated inclined overhead partials are much better because you can now do 15 reps and when you started you couldn't even do the bar). You dismiss any advice that anyone gives you as you know better, you actually give advice to people (like telling me not to squat daily as I'll injure....despite you being made of glass right now).

Some time in life, there must be a point where you step back and analyze from a different view point, and think "f**k, who the f**k was I kidding".

The truth is, you come on to a strongman/powerlifting forum, and you do neither, and expect genuine responses. From page 1, the ridiculously declined bench for hardon length partials (edit: In a smith machine!) aren't even the worst of it. From pro-poker, to boxing legend, to strong man world champ, to strongman in work with carpets..... come on, 6 months is a long time to have us on. When is the punch line?

The progression was

get massive, get on gear, nail the opens, 300x10 deadlift
boxing heavyweight star as the division is s**t
row 500m world record
diet down to 90kg and win world's
do a bit when he fancies

poker and strongman in work fulltime were already there from before. Keep up Aaron!

It was 2014 then moved to 2015.

Also we forgot the 150 log at 90 bodyweight which then became 130 at 100.

I haven't looked in here much of late but have to wonder, what pleasure do you actually derive from this journal paul? Surely this relentless trolling must get boring after a while. More to the point if you had dedicated as much time to any of the ridiculous goals you have set as you have dreaming up nonsense to write in here you may have come a bit closer to achieving some of them and had some success in strength sports (outside of grip that is).
