I watched a documentary a while ago there was a chap who struggled with his weight,he was in a right state 28 stone 5ft10.the documentary followed his journey he made an amazing transformation he had something like 4 pounds to hit his ideal target weight the documentary's credits came up after which it said that the chap had died during the filming.guess what totally unrelated to his weight or cardiac they didn't state exactly what I'd have been interested why just said unrelated to his health....makes you think...I'm of the mind that life is a gift you have one in a million chance or of you being created..what we choose to do with the gift is yours and yours alone. Just my thoughts :-)

I drink lots of strong coffee.

I'm scared of Monster and Relentless though. I can usually hear my teeth screaming for their momma as the sugar rapes their innocent casings.

Of course there is a risk involved. Just like getting out of bed. Or even staying in bed.

f**king choices, Man.

I saw a similar one (maybe same) called "Fat Man Slim" Paul Jeffreys from Auckland had enougth money to take a year off work and lost tons of weight about 64kg.
In the credits it said he died from a brain tumour some time later.
You just never know when its going to happen so make the most of it anyway you can.

This is kinda related. I watched this t.v program that followed a medical examiner, on this particular episode she was called to do an autopsy of a guy who had been shot through the brain and died shortly afterwards in hospital. What she discovered was that his brain had started to heal and he would have made a recovery (perhaps not a full one mind) had it not been for a heart attack that he just so happened to have. She concluded he would have had the attack anyway (his heart was absolutely huge) and his death had been caused by a heart defect he had inherited. Just makes you think when your times up… it’s up!R

That's the one that's it..it was sad coz the poor bugger worked his butt off to become thinner and live longer yet bang anyway just I'm thinking hypothetically speaking if he had known that his time was up I'm sure he would have spent it diffrently.I sometimes ,when the kids are off school and I'm itching to get to the gym I think, if I died today if this was my last day did I really spend time were it matters....a guy I know was killed day before yesterday on his was to work, got knocked off his motorbike gone in a second he had two young boys.life is so short.

Does anyone fear adrenal burnout from it? Is adrenal burnout real? Should I google "adrenal burnout debunked" before posting it.

Gordy said:My experience with preworkouts involved very little actual training and a lot of desperately trying to get to a toilet. Probably just me though.

When I used to take a preworkout my general routine was:

Finish work, get on the bus. 15 minutes out from town take preworkout, get into town, walk 5 mins from bus station to gym. Just as I finished getting changed my belly would start rumbling, and I'd go take a horrific s**t, then get onto training. One day the bus got stuck in traffic and I'd only just got off the bus when the rumbling started. Had to waddle to the gym trying not to s**t myself.

These days I don't bother with anything except a can of monster. All the decent preworkouts have stims that are either semi-legal and/or WADA banned, and seeing as the YNEPF has started regional drug testing now it's not worth it.

I'd really like to see your sources, because the lack of its acceptance in the medical community says otherwise, as does it's almost total lack of appearance in pubmed.

Compare "adrenal fatigue" to "Addison's disease":

Adrenal Fatigue

Addison's disease
