Do you always get DOMs after sessions where you feel the burn, or do you find that you just adapt to it?

I'd dig out my "Paul will quit his diet once he gets under 100kg bw" post if I had the inclination.

Partial pushups are the best type.

I dont if it's just a set of push ups but if full on bodybuilding workout yes. Not trying to get sore from anything right now just taking it easy.

You are quite the disappointment Paul I must say. You basically give up and move onto something else when the going gets tough and hurdles appear in life. You're no Alexander.

Not at all, evidence is consistent through the entire log.

There's never been anybody as ruthless.

If i was someone who quit when the going gets tough i would be a lazy salesman or just have never had a job, certainly wouldnt have ever competed in any strongman competitions (how does that make any sense?), captained warrington anglers to national gold, or won the uk leg of worlds strongest hands, and sure as f**k wouldnt be able to afford to go on holidays to places like australia either. Have been working hard since i was a little kid.

As said previously, go take ice baths 1-2 times a day for couple years or put your hands in kettle boiled water most days. You could also try working a physical job 50+ hours a week along with playing poker 30-40 hours a week and lifting on top. How about playing 35 hours straight? Do these things for years on end then come back to me and tell me how i'm a quitter and don't work hard.

Wait what, you would quit within a week because it's too tough?? Oh ok then
