Nice double .. Was using steel weights and didn't put a clip on the bar so it just wasn't safe to go for a third rep . Won't do me any harm though .

Circus Dumbell upto a 100kg single .
Farmers Deadlifts

Just would of never hit my 375kg x 3 Partial pull in that environment ..

I enjoy my program and enjoy hitting the targets I set for myself BUT sometimes you have to admit defeat mate .

Yeah . I've calmed down abit now mate . It wasn't all that bad in the end 101kg Dumbell was solid .

Just don't tell Ursus I'm only pressing 101kg though, I'm trying to give it the "big un" :-)

I`ve now entered the Londons Strongest Man Comp ..

Strange comp this as it seems light but obviously there will be some superb athletes trying to get that Giants LIVE place ..

So many questions i was asking myself last night. Thats what i used to drink for, so i didn`t think .

275kg Deadlift Reps . Done 10 in the past but 300kg x 10 will be on the cards soon so how many does that equal ? 10 ? :-)

250kg Squat - Knee Wraps ? Gonna have to get to grips with knee wraps because they haven`t done s**t for me in the past (Wore them less than 10 times though) .. Then again i recon i`ll hit 250kg x 10 RAW before this comp so shall i just go RAW ?

Forward Hold . Never Done It . Better start eh .

Stone to Shoulder - I`ve been good at this in the past... I`ve Shouldered 160kg stone for a double a few years ago . 125kg for reps i should get a few .

145kg OH Anyhow - 145kg Power Clean Power Jerk shoulde be good for me .

125kg Log - One motions i`ve done 8 in the past ..

Obviously don`t know the exact events or whos in it but i`ll try

According to http://www.timinvermont.com/fitness/orm.htm

300kgx10 = 400kg
275kgx12 = 396kg

So... maybe 13 reps on a really good day for you? I know these calculator use there accuracy the higher up the rep range
