3" Axle attached with bicycle inner tube on side with stack plates raised to trigger the bounce effect. Hopefully putting frequency of bounce will do sumpin sumpin.

I rest and pray god will give me the power to succeed. I am taking a break before comp. 1 week. I think it will not work and only make me weak but I will trust others in this idea this time. I got all the weights up but not trained like a comp day. I am laying on the couch broken. I am cold and afraid in a world I never made. Lol
