I live in pain for the fight. I cannot sleep well. Just to lay on the bench to do bench press hurts. I stretch all the time drink lots of water and stretch. It takes me 10 minutes to put on my socks. I am happy though for some unknown reason to myself. I do not do painkillers unless i cannot stand it anymore. Maybe twice a week.

A rolling pin is a good alternative to a foam roller; the old timers would have their wives use a rolling pin on their back when it became stiff and sore.

Cheers. I found a rolling pin and hard tennis balls. Offered quite a bit of relief. Luke - I was rolling on the carpet, but not rolled up. Does underlay make it too soft?

Let them tell you what you want to hear so you can walk around like a spoiled brat. Place the removed parts in a baby food jar with for melihyde and show your friend on your shiny carpet or change.

Sugdens crazy old person. Member 4936, 7288 posts SQ 270, BP 155, DL 270695.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | Foam rollers are great but I use a 6" bar to roll my back. It weighs about 100 pounds. But if your really hurting foam roller is not enough. The carpet crap is for talkers. We use mats in this neck of the woods.
