Am generally eating quorn, veg, whey protein, peanut butter, eggs and cheese, with one proper carb meal a day which is usually either oats, bread, pasta or rice. | ||

I think some of the confusion is around your definition of low carb not being the norm, same with fasted. Fasting also increases HGH. I think it'd be rare to gain strength on a cut long-term though. Surely all strength athletes would be ripped if this were the case... | ||
