I have defaulted from my diet and so during my night shift last night I gave myself a good talking to. new plan is to get to 130kg by any means necessary once that goal is achieved then its back to training eating and eating to be the best I can be next year as I will probably make it my last year competing in strongman any way today dumbell shoulder press 5@15 5@20 5@25 x2 13@30 my 5+ set 10@20 x2 8@@0 10@20 8@20 6@20 wanted to do gvt like I did on bench wednesday but could hardly lift my arms pulldowns cable rows striaght arm pulldown lateral raises and some gunz 35mins crosstrainer steady paced 540 cals burned by its s**tty counter | ||

I have a little pain now put to be expected squats beltless 5@60 x2 5@80 5@90 5@100 5@110 last few reps felt like the hamstring went tight around the hip joint paused for 3seconds in the hole on the the rest 1@120 1@130 1@140 1@150 sldl out of rack concentrating on good form and full range of motion ( last couple of inches to the floor is painful but progressing) 5@60 x5 leg press deep as f**k 20 reps 4 sets weight pretty much irrelevant went up to 10 plates hamstring curls 12 mins crosstrainer 1 minute intervals at maximum resistance treadmill got it up to 8kph @5% incline just to see where I am at | ||
