today after having three fillings at the dentist and too much anesthesia pumped into my face which was very off putting

no squatting and deadlifts for me for atleast 2 weeks due to a grade 2 strain in left hamstring

hamstring rehab work for 20 mins.

was gonna write a really long post about how depressed I am at being weak and broken so I cant be a cool strongman and neither can I run and be fit. I have defaulted from my diet and so during my night shift last night I gave myself a good talking to. new plan is to get to 130kg by any means necessary once that goal is achieved then its back to training eating and eating to be the best I can be next year as I will probably make it my last year competing in strongman

had a few days off lifting

today I tried out the hamstring on squats went slow and steady at pretty much everything. I have a little pain now put to be expected

squats beltless

treadmill got it up to 8kph @5% incline just to see where I am at

did a string of glute activation movements trying to figure out what will help the most. some of them I dont have the balance for and over compensate with my quads which isnt cool

sunday had a f**ked up session in hastings at zeus gym due to home life.

1.5 mile walk to gym must have been like a 10% incline
