At 2009 nationals we stayed under truck trailers. Kind of a weird question.

wierdly I sweat more since loosing weight and doing weights.anyways I'm sure there is some spray you can get to keep you cool I don't know what its called but I can slightly remember an add for it. Usually I try and stick to the shade if possible and as said above hat, water. And freeze a bottle of what ever you like to drink it will start to melt in the hot but will last longer than just a chilled drink.do this for my kids ."Stay frosty"
Ah magicool is what its called also boots do a hot weather cooling spray £4:19 :-) :-) or get a spray bottle chill it 24 hours.

when its too hot to sleep I put water into a plant spray bottle, set it to mist and spray myself down. The water evaporates and cools you down.

So no need to spend money on fancy sprays.

The same approach works on your face and other bare skin during the day.

with the extreme highs we're having up here in shetland 18 degrees Eek
i find shorts and a sleeveless t-shirt and lots of water work just fine for me.

now if i was on the mainland then it would be water, ice baths, and every typre of air conditioning, fans etc i could find switched on.

When I was 21 stone I used to sweat in the middle of winter, fat f**ks run hot, that's just how it is.
Today I spent 4.5 hours on a train then 5 hours in a car with no air con.
My shirt will NOT do for tomorrow....
