Usually I try and stick to the shade if possible and as said above hat, water. And freeze a bottle of what ever you like to drink it will start to melt in the hot but will last longer than just a chilled drink.do this for my kids ."Stay frosty"Ah magicool is what its called also boots do a hot weather cooling spray £4:19 :-) :-) or get a spray bottle chill it 24 hours. | ||

The water evaporates and cools you down. So no need to spend money on fancy sprays. The same approach works on your face and other bare skin during the day. | ||
