 Member 5031, 1417 posts SQ 230, BP 140, DL 275645.0 kgs @ 95kgs UnEq | Strongman and normal gym needed. Used a couple but some are limiting (no ohp, or really low bench height) Anyone recommend anywhere ? CHeers | ||

 Hill sprints are fun! Member 731, 3253 posts SQ 200, BP 127.5, DL 232.5560.0 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq | If you're up for travelling a bit further, Force 10 in Sc**thorpe has a fair amount of kit. 3 logs, stones, yoke, barrells, sandbags, sled and rope for arm over arm. Plus an absolute s**t load of weight for standard strength work. | ||

And gainz in gainzborough of course, it's the place to be! And i've got richie on FB will be going over for a session sometime | ||
