With it being only 2 weeks after ESM u90kg it was an even bigger ask than usual for people to come and help again - so thank you all! Also, thank you to all the competitors - what a top bunch of lads! It was a pleasure to put on the comp' for you. And to the spectators for coming to support the lads, without you paying your entry we couldn't hold these comps indoors. Congrats to John Marsden for finally taking the title! Mark Topham has come on loads and deserved his runner-up spot. Anyone who had seen Ryan in training knew he would do well, putting that into practice on comp' day is another thing though - so well done. Lee was unlucky with tearing his hands up and then so was Shane pulling his tricep on the farmers. Both did well to suck up the pain and hang on to their qualification spots. Joe was unlucky to miss out, a really good 105er but could easily be one of the top 90kg men too! All the lads gave great effort right to the end adn everyone seemed to hit a PB or standout performance somewhere along the line, well done lads. | ||
