I did not sleep the night before and walked 8 miles so that prb didnt help much. Reset to 90 of max%? sound advise and many thanks. Very slow but grip all day long axel cean and press: 30k x 5 30k x 5 50k x 3 bar plus wheels 90-100k? 2 reps cleaned and pressed deadlift with wheels: 120k ish x 5 170k ish? x 3 230k ish x 1 felt ok could do more but tired and prefer sub-maximal now-a-days I need to do more event training,,,, will get back on tyre superset with stone next week. | ||
