Theoretically you can run 531 forever as you're supposed to reset your training max to 90% of what it was when you stall, I'd suggest you try re-setting maybe, could have had a bad day though? I made most progress with it when I had my training max so low I was hitting 8 reps on my 1+ weeks.

Well..good points indeed.
I did not sleep the night before and walked 8 miles so that prb didnt help much.

Reset to 90 of max%? sound advise and many thanks.

Will also just do training on Saturday (events at Littlehampton) and then have my querterzone (f knows how its spelt?) injection on Tuesday and take this as a rest week to help my shoulder and hopefully get some sleepHappy

I decided to do some stretching:

Banded work for my rotators

Face pulls supersetted with pavlov press 3 x 12 and 4 x 5 respectivley.

Dumbell flyes to sterch supersetted with light incline press:

3 x 12.5s x 8 reps and 3 x 50k x 8 reps

Machine bench light 3 x 60k x 8 reps double lock out at the top of the movement..

120k each hand x 40m about 30 seconds ish. Very slow but grip all day long

axel cean and press:
30k x 5

50k x 3
bar plus wheels
90-100k? 2 reps cleaned and pressed

deadlift with wheels:
120k ish x 5
170k ish? x 3
230k ish x 1 felt ok could do more but tired and prefer sub-maximal now-a-daysWink

I need to do more event training,,,, will get back on tyre superset with stone next week.
