Who gets them and do you succumb?

For me I love burgers but only ever eat them if I've made them with decent meat and no s**t (but still some pork fat to make them juicy etc...)

But I've just weakened lol

I do try and eat very clean and healthily, no good with fried fatty foods as my system can't take it

Wife's out though on a works doo, I've just started watching the Sopranos again so ended up ordering a Dominos pizza (first one ever); I'm proud of myself lol

What foods are your weaknesses?

8am- Oats, whey and udos


11am - Post workout shake plus Creatine and l Glutamine, banana


1pm - Chicken, brown rice, apple


3pm - Chicken, brown rice, orange


6pm - Chicken, brown rice


9pm - Udos, tuna, egg

Managed a proper clean diet for 5 weeks, no alcohol, no chocolate, no sweets, no dirty cards at the beginning of this year. This was unheard of for me. Managed to lose a load of fat from the 'power belly'. Then had a massive fail, over a weekend of booze, loads of cakes, hot cross buns, chocolate and ended in a large Papa John's meat pizza and a whole tub of Ben and Jerry's. 6500cals in one day. That killed my motivation to eat clean for a week. But in all the weight (fat) I lost. I just love sweet sugary stuff. Buns and ice-cream are my major vices. Hot cross buns, Danish pastry, doughnuts, cinnamon and raisin bagels and any ice-cream. Nom!

Back on a (almost) clean diet again now, need to drop some timber again. Might have to have a pre training bagel later though, I'm sure it helps with the gainzzz...

papa john knows whats going on. he will sort you out. he will reach into your gullet and spread his goodness around. a lean chilling papa johns is where its at
