Second time using the slingshot, got this so I can overload before trying new weights.

I like doing these as for me they transfer over to log power, in the next few month will hit heavier weights.

That's the plan JC, I did 5 sets of 10 with 180 2 weeks ago, next week plan is 220 3 sets of 10 if all goes well, no pain in knee so hoping to start events Sunday Happy

Low energy again today, sore from last week, 2 days of zero carb so I am happy. Next week aim to hit 280kg x5, confident it will happen and 320kg within 2 month. Lost alot of hamstring and back power so will be doing some stiff leg deadlifts soon.
