You weigh 100kg and and are, presumably, looking to squat 200kg in briefs AND a suit. You must be either still at primary school or a girl.

Sorry to hate on equipped lifting. As I have done a bit myself in the past, I do feel entitled to say that is absolutely ridiculous and whatever you think you are doing, it is not powerlifting.

Of course its powerlifting, just because its not a form of powerlifting you like doesn't mean its not a part of the sport

Thats like saying F1 isn't motorsport because they use better cars then stock car races.

if you hate equipped powerlifting so much why do you keep reading and replying to threads about it

Can't beat a bit of encouragement... Nice...

Using equipment to squat weights at that level is not powerlifting.

Any right-minded coach should be encouraging this guy to put up some decent raw numbers before using two layers of kit to achieve a 200kg squat.

And I don't hate equipped lifting at all, but to see it entered into in this way does its credibility no favours at all.

Can you wear briefs under a suit in BPO? I thought it was a single ply fed...

I thought it was IPF rules but obviously not. Not really single ply then if briefs are allowed!

It's a fair point but I don't understand why you have to be such a dickhead about it?
Do you feel like a big man now lmao

Single-ply as in 'all kit is single-ply'. Not IPF no... :-)
