Deadlift DOH no chalk Warm up 60kg 3x10reps 90kg 1x5reps 130kg 1x5reps 170kg 1x5reps 200kg fail Bar was s**t had no knurling but makes the grip harder. Deadlift Alternate grip with chalk 200kg 4x5reps Paused (5secs) ATG Squats 60kg 1x2reps 80kg 1x2reps 100kg 1x2reps 120kg 1x2reps 140kg 1x2reps Stiff leg Deads 140kg 4x5reps Leg curls 50kg 4x10reps Finished off with some skipping to cool down followed by some stretching | ||

First time I've had a go at standing press instead of seated. Wasn't to pleased with the weights but felt like a good session. Warmed up with abit skipping and stretching Strict press 20kg 2x15reps 40kg 2x10reps 60kg 2x2reps 80kg 2x2reps Push press 80kg 1x2reps 90kg 4x2reps Could of went heavier but didn't have any jerk blocks and if I dropped the weight it wouldn't go down well with the shops under the gym. There's been several complaints to the council about light falling off the ceiling ha CGB 60kg 1x10reps 80kg 1x10reps 100kg 1x10reps 110kg 1x10reps Lateral and front raises super set 14kg each hand 3x5 3x5 Felt good after the session just try and creep the numbers up every week | ||
