This is a big PB for me. My 1RM has always been 200kg with wraps. Safe to say considering my back is f**ked, squats are doing not bad!

EDIT - I usually hit well below parallel but with the wraps i literally couldn't go any lower, they restrict my depth.

I doubt it. I borrowed them off of darryn wright tonight, they are stiff as hell. Will double check..

lol! i like the inzer red and black ones. very tight but still allow me to hit depth. saying that 200kg for 3 is still great squatting, would be happy with a single!

yup, my mistake. some are marketed as 'wraps for the multi-ply lifter' as they are longer than permitted in ipf.

I got the same last week 200 x 3. I can tell you that your 1RM is now wayyyy out of date. You should be looking foreward to a 215-225 ish squatHappy
