No worries mate, I asked for it Happy

Good mornings felt good, I have done them a lot heavier in the past, but this time opting for a much slower and more controlled motion and feeling more hamstring and hip activation which is what I was looking for.

Fronties feeling ok, made a hash of my hand positioning on the 160, my plan had been for 5 but ended up flaring up my bicep tendon so just dropped the weight for a last set.

Need to do these more, as I know they help, I just always neglect them

Just popped in quickly last night

Little work on new bench tech - all paused
60x10
100x8
120x5
120x5
120x5
120x5
120x5
Easy enough, just gonna take my time and see if it bothers the shoulder or not before trying heavy

Enjoyed myself tonight

Axle Strict
40x10
80x5
100x4
100x5
100x5

Axle PP
115x5
115x5
115x5
120x5
125x3
Had only planned the 115s but it felt so good I did a little extra

Axle split jerks
80x3
100x3
100x3
Really more like a power jerk while moving one foot back about 6" Roll-Eyes

Seated shoulder machine
1/2 stack x10
2/3 stack x10
2/3 stack x10

Last night

Bench
60x10
100x8
130x6
130x8
All paused but the last 130 set, still just seeing what the shoulder makes of it

Incline log press
90x5
110x5
120x4
120x3
120x5 but all over the place
100x10

Some arm work, none of whic I found particularly exciting

Couple of days ago

Beltless SLDL
up to 220 for some

Paused bench
few sets of 120x10

Today

Standing incline log using an improvisied and probably quite dangerous setup
90x5
100x3
100x5
110x3
120x2
100x5
will take a little getitng used to, and will require a better setup

Farmers
a few 30m speed runs with 60kg
want to start with getting foot speed up, so then when it gets heavier I dont need to hold on to the bloody things so long Happy
