Was really into foam rolling but don't do it anymore (and doubt I'm missing the effects either). Seems like it worked via placebo personally but if people find merit in it then so be it.

nice article Dave, i do feel that for me (using a small rumble roller) that if i leave it longer between time when i use the foam roller is get a beetr effect in feeling like that action has released or worked out some of the scar tissues and kinks

Could it be regular use stops the kinks and scar tissue from forming?

good read, just what i was looking for as i've just ordered one. its my adductors that need the most work, any pics of how to hit that area? i'm guessing its going to involve looking like i am humping the floor!
