Scary cause I've never tried to squat this much, and I haven't had more than 200 on my back in years, but an easy rep The high belt + the other things I've changed recently are complete game changers. I actually feel like I am pushing with my legs, for the first time ever. Single leg trap bar squat 50kg for 5, 5 Abz and neck | ||
