Belt on, HIGH
160kg for 1
180kg for 1
200kg for 1
210kg for 1, felt great
220kg for 1 PB! Scary cause I've never tried to squat this much, and I haven't had more than 200 on my back in years, but an easy rep

The high belt + the other things I've changed recently are complete game changers. I actually feel like I am pushing with my legs, for the first time ever.

Single leg trap bar squat
50kg for 5, 5

excellent Squat PB buddy. and the high belt position is a good thing helps me and my hips even i DL is much better for mobility but bad for breathing though

i'f finding i need ti get a rythme going to make sure is dont lose tomuch air especially for deadlift. but for squats just pace yourself with the higher belt option as you'll get use to it with pratice.
