Didn't do anymore as I disk want to make I worse but now I'm sat on the bus and it seems to be ok now which is good. Done. | ||

Thanks Paddy 6.11.13 Warmed up Pull ups Bw x10 (just did them to show my mate I'm not too fat for pull ups, felt really easy could maybe have done 20) Bench 20xlots 40x10 60 3x8 80x5 100x3 120x3 140x1 150x1 160x3 (plan was a triple but I f**ked it up, hit the j hooks and the safety pins and it nearly fell back into the rack after then 2nd rep I had to wrestle it back out anyway I managed the reps) Flat back stopped just off pins 120x5 150x5 (grinders here but I think this is a rep PB for any kind of bench) Incline off pins 60x8 100x5 125 2x5 125x10 (rep PB) Dips Bw x10 +20 2x10 Dumbbell flat bench 22's x12 30's x10 40's x8 50's x11 Fly's 7.5's x15 17.5's 3x15 Done. | ||

Member 3986, 10432 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | 7.11.13 Squats upto 80 to warm up Stric press 20xlots 40x10 60x5 80x3 100x2, x1 120x4 fail 5 (rep PB but not feeling great) Paused 125x2 (rep PB) Push press 120x3 135xfail (just not there today, elbow felt abit sore) Bent over rows 60x15 100x10 140x2 (elbow still hurting so left it there) I wasn't gonna get enough work in with my elbow so I thought I'd do some conditioning instead, I was gonna do 1km row at the end anyway so I just did a (much) longer row Row 10km 44:51.9 (never rowed more than 2k so this was definitely a PB) 2km 7:49 (this was at the end of the 10k although it's a more than 30 second PB on it's own) Didn't have a target for 10k I just wanted to finish it but the first half was 47 ish minute pace so I aimed to finish in sub 45. stroke rate was 20-23 and then got higher in the last quarter. Dumbbell curls (don't know why lol) 15's 3x20 Done. Enjoyed that. | ||
