Then the left side of my lower back started hurting, it's been tight all day so I probably should have loosened it off more. Didn't do anymore as I disk want to make I worse but now I'm sat on the bus and it seems to be ok now which is good.

I wasn't gonna get enough work in with my elbow so I thought I'd do some conditioning instead, I was gonna do 1km row at the end anyway so I just did a (much) longer row

Row
10km 44:51.9 (never rowed more than 2k so this was definitely a PB)
2km 7:49 (this was at the end of the 10k although it's a more than 30 second PB on it's own)
Didn't have a target for 10k I just wanted to finish it but the first half was 47 ish minute pace so I aimed to finish in sub 45. stroke rate was 20-23 and then got higher in the last quarter.

Dumbbell curls (don't know why lol)
15's 3x20

Done. Enjoyed that.
