Grass fed Member 1147, 7710 posts SQ 220, BP 185, DL 272.5677.5 kgs @ 113kgs UnEq | My forearm went from worrying yesterday morning to not bad last night, so benched but was careful with it Bench 130kg for 11 Changed to normal thumb over grip 150kg for 1, long pause, felt horrible Back to suicide grip 160kg for 1, long pause, much easier Chins 8, 8, 8 Never did my usual curl and press as I think that would have been too much for the forearm | ||
