 Scotbasher - forever Member 59, 2115 posts | This is usually the biggest contest on ten NW calendar, it's great for the novice and experienced lifter alike. New members can join now and enjoy membership through til the end of 2014 and last year it was largely raw lifters but you can lift equipped if you choose to. As usual spectators are free and there's plenty of food drink and supplements available The venue is Intershape gym in Colne and weigh in is 9-10.30 with lift off at 11am. Also, i am 23 and will be on the date of the competition, but i will be 24 before any England or British competition next year. Does this make me a junior or senior? THanks | ||

THanks Hey Adam, your age on 1st Janurry is your official age all year. So if you were 22 on 1/1/13, you're still an under 23. | ||

Scotbasher - forever Member 59, 2115 posts | Brownbear, it's £40 to join the gbpf but this will run until the end of 2014, it's then £10 to enter. You'll also need a leotard and any belts or wraps worn must be approved. If you drop me an email I'll send you an info pack. | ||
