I used the SS ones in a couple of comps, just fold the top of the sock over to cover the logo if anyone complains.

Rugby, football, they're fine. Any knee length socks will do.

lol

Come one. You're entering a powerlifting competition and haven't read the rulebook??

Socks

Socks may be worn.

(a) They may be of any colour or colours and may have manufacturer’s logos.

(b) They shall not be of such length on the leg that they come into contact with the knee wraps or knee
cap supporter.

(c) Full length leg stockings, tights or hose are strictly forbidden.
Shin length socks must be worn to cover and protect the shins while performing the deadlift.

(d) Light protective guards between sock and shin may be worn.

There are METAL Deadlift socks on eBay atm for £4.99, looks like a shop clearing out gear.

I'll get in before the trolls do. No mate the socks will only help stopping taking skin off you're shins.

Personally when I wear my dl socks I FEEL a lot more comfortable at the bar, than when I don't wear them. Down to preference tbh.

The strengthshop logo and brand are IPF approved I believe so you can use them.

I haven't done a great deal of dead lifting (even though I competed in strongman for 9 years Roll-Eyes ), but I don't recall my shins ever getting scraped. Maybe I was doing them wrong.

How do dead lift socks differ from ordinary socks?
