Last propper session before comp.Warm up shoulders 3 sets Log 80k x3 85 x 3 90 x 2 92.5 x 2 90 x 3 well happy with that Went for the stones for first time since I tore my finger off. Still swollen but felt ok 80k stone shoulderd 3 times in quick sucession 130k stone x 1 over 1.3 m felt stiff so stopped and repeated for 3 seperate sets. I dont do chin ups much. I have a very good grip and fancied a laugh so: we have a scaffold pole to chin up on, I chalked up and.. 1 set 30 reps warm up (I can get 50 because I'm only 85 kg) 1 set with 20k added weight x 5 reps pb 1x plss 40kg x 3pb tried 60k but only got 1 rep.pb Did 30 rep set for a rep out. If I train this I could get more. Will consider after my comps are finished. Would b e nice to be top of someting for a change I then done some core work. Not a bad session | ||

Very sore achilies tendon added extra straping Farmers walk 100k 20m 13 seconds. Grip all day but tendon throbbing. Log 90k 3 reps. Not great, everyone struggled. Deadlift 200k x 8 reps. Not bad stopped when form got rubbish. Loading - sort of gave up- was tired and happy not to be injured. Had a fun day | ||

My left side hurts and my neck feels a wrongon. I think I will take a month off and see how I feel after that | ||

Bent over rows 60k x 15 80k x 15 80k x 15 Hypers bodyweight x 15 plus 70k x 10 plus 100k x 7 Ab work 3 sets x 15 reps light. Tried to pick a stone to shoulder- forget it, still mullered | ||

Including stuff that Ive been avoiding like hhip flexors. Squats: 70k x 5 85k x 5 100k x 3 120k x 3 135k x 3 belt and knee wraps as back and knee still injured: Work set 150k x 5. Seated rows 3x8 Hip flexors 2 sets, 110k and 140k x 10: slowly slowly catch a monkey! Grip work. Happy with today. | ||

Strict press out of the rack: 40k x 5 x 3 45 x 3 50 x 3 60 x 3 65 x 6 Cleans from the floor: 50k x 5 x 2 Clean and press: 60k x 3 70k x 3 85k x 3 work set 3+: 95k x 4 pb 3 sets of dips done Feeling possitive and not so sore. | ||
